Growing Up I Felt The Stings Of The Cold War
Thoughts of fear of the bomb and the destruction it could do kept us from reaching out to those in need. Nothing ever changes . . . Why?
We live an isolated existence and yet we know only what others tell us. And we live in fear, fear of harm and destruction. If we build concrete walls are we really living?
We have made so many mistakes and we repeat them time after time. I fear only one thing . . . Not war, not death but fear itself. It’s the only thing that can destroy our way of life.
Will we let it destroy us?
